Heike is a business analyst and risk assessment manager with a passion for mental health advocacy and building meaningful connections. She joined the board to support her long-time friend and the powerful mission of equine therapy. With a deep belief in the healing potential of human-animal connection, Heike is honored to contribute her skills and heart to this work. She lives in Arizona with her 3 children, dog, four indoor cats, and two outdoor cats who chose her, and she loves spending time outdoors.

Kim Speek

Director

Kim is an artist, healer, and accomplished horsewoman. After starting, growing, and selling multiple businesses, Kim has been on a decades-long healing journey through horsemanship and therapy. Kim’s time on horseback has crossed disciplines and countries, moving cattle across the open range of the West to supporting equine therapy groups. Her personal passion is Classical Dressage. Kim has studied extensively with Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés Réyes, The Heart of the Wounded Healer, on processes and practices of in-depth psychology. From a place of authentic embodiment, she is poised to share her wisdom and healing with others in partnership with horses, nature, and community.
